This 6-week program will provide a cohort of mentees an instant connection with experienced mentors who can coach/assist them and share their experience in building and nurturing a new business. It also gives mentors leadership opportunities to serve the LGBTQ+ entrepreneur community and strengthen its unity. The ORPIB mentorship program will foster encouraging environments where peer mentors provide assistance and information and share experiences with the mentorship program participants.
